Error: cannot retrieve merchant info?

Question

Anyone else encountering the error code, "Error: cannot retrieve merchant info" for their store's Yahoo! Merchant rating? I have a 5 star rating that cannot be accessed by the public because of this error code. I've been trying to get Yahoo! to fix the problem since February. I was told I had to opt into Yahoo! Product Submit. I have done this, but next to my products, instead of the 5 star rating, it says, "Review this Merchant". Has anyone else had this problem and if so, has it been fixed? Help! Thanks!

No i have not but i would keep emailing ( or call) yahoo to speed things up
