Error cleaner, Privacy protector, Spyware protection????

Question

yesterday, i wanted to watch a video and this thing popped up ( active x object). I download it, but some weird things began. 3 icons appeared on my desktop ( Error cleaner, Privacy protector, Spyware protection). There is a red cross and a Virus Alert sign by my clock. There are popups. Help, please...
