Error code F61 on Technics SC-DV150

Thank you very much for responding to my message. My background is not electronics based. However, I am very practical having spent thirty years in the Construction Industry. For your information the system worked fine after I posted the message and again today. This evening it went back in to fault mode. I noticed that it clicks several times before it switches off. Does this give you a better understanding of what the problem might be. I do have a multimeter in my tool kit but not a small soldering iron (150watts is the smallest) However, I could purchase one as they are cheap. I will await your thoughts before I do anything.
