Error message on laptop boot up

Question

Have a Dell Latitude C840 service tag 2x5rp11.When the laptop boots It has an error message "cannot load the dll CnxtSdk.dll". And right after the another error message pops up reading "The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000142). Click on OK to terminate the application". I do this and computer seems to resume properly. However this happens everytime I boot the laptop.Can you help with this.Thanks
