Want to cut the fats... What am I doing wrong?

I go 3 times a week jogging or swimming. Eat fruit in the morning only. Lunch usually 1-2 piece whole wheat bread and also whole wheat bread and cheese if I use butter only to reduced fat.
But I'm not off!

  1. you eat too little, that's why you don't take off. your body is sparflamme.obst is ok in the morning, at noon, you should eat normal and balanced and evening only salads, vegetables and protein, no bad carbohydrates. so no bread, no pasta, etc. in addition you should watch it, full things to eat, reduced-fat brings nothing. much drinking is important.
