  1. I agree with Cakes...

The 80's fad is so in again. Not that  I'd go for it...I'm more into 40's style.

  2. Buy yourself a pair of men´s thick knee socks. Cut off the foot end, and hem the cut edge, and voila, you have your own unique leg-warmers!  Go for rugby socks if you want funky colours.

  3. Meg leg warmers died out when people stopped watching that movie Flash Dance. The only place you will find leg warmer today is at a Dance shop, dancers use them to keep their muscles warm, so look for shops in your area that sells ballet or modern dancing paraphernalia.

  4. Yea ks, do you still wear that stuff, I thought that fashion died long ago.  Why don't you rather try wearing woolen pantyhose, that come along in many fashionable colours.  Woolworth's has fantastic assortments.

  5. Yeah the Flash Dance look  is dead and forgotten about - thank goodness...

    Please don't revive it!!!

    Here are some reason why....

  6. Meg, I reckon I may be right in thinking that you're not worried about all that fashion rot the others have been talking about. We're freezing our butts off at the moment, so if you want them for the obvious reason of keeping warm, you won't be put off by what some of the others said.

The place to go is a bike shop. Cycling leg warmers come in various colours and designs. Check out your local bike shop.
