Errrrr! I really need your help!?

Question

I'm trying to order something from Amazon.co.uk. when i checkout, i only get the chance to enter my address and payment details. But then I'm charged for delivery when really my order should qualify for super saver where delivery is free!!! How can i opt for this? Forget about me wanting the super saver, shouldn't the page for delivery options come up anyway? in case u want it first class or express delivery or something

Are you sure you're ordering from Amazon itself, and not one of the Amazon sellers? (Buying from others thru Amazon doesn't carry the same benefits as buying from Amazon itself -- but sometimes Amazon doesn't have what you want and one of their sellers will have it.) I see that happening to people a lot.
