Escalade help! Nothing imformational. Just need an opinion.

Question

When I'm 16.

My dad said I could get ANY truck/car I want.

The only thing I'm thinking is BIG trucks like for example:

THE ESCALADE

THE ARMADA

THE PATHFINDER

THE FORD ESCAPE

All those cars are AWESOME from my point of view.

But my mom's all like, "Oh, you couldn't survive, gas prices are too high."

I want those trucks.

Is it really a bad idea?

Forget the Slade--too gangsta.  The Armada and Pathfinder are wannabes.  The Escape is a toy.

Porsche Cayenne Turbo S!

It's got the 550hp and 174mph top speed every hip 16yo needs!

go with the ford escape hybrid, it gets 34-30 (city-hwy) fuel-efficientcy. the rest are gas-hogs, and your mom's right about that statment, with the gas prices goin up and all that.

Go and look at the new GMC Acadia, its alot better overall and also better on gas...
