sure do. my mother-in-law makes them as an appetizer for the Christmas holidays in a buttery garlic sauce. the texture is somewhat likened to a stuffed mushroom. good stuff!

yes, and i wondered the same thing that you are wondering, until we went to aruba, and they were on the menu. i thought, "what the heck, im on vacation, and the food is all inclusive and already paid for, if i dont like it, i dont have to eat it".

surprisingly enough tho, they tasted like mushrooms sauteed in butter and garlic and were actually quite tastey.
