What does ESL mean and where can i find a job overseas?

ESL stands for English as a Second Language. The best website for esl jobs overseas is ESL Bean... I think the website is http://www.eslbean.com too lazy to check. Anyways i got my teaching job through them.

ESL means that the students you would be teaching speak a language other than English--English as a Second Language.  You would need some rudimentary knowledge of their native language to be able to effectively teach them English.

i guess it can mean English as a second language but from what i know ESL means English sign language  like how ASL means American sign language and Fsl is french sign language and so on
