  1. Love for a Brother

You only capitalize "a" when it's the first or last word in the title. You wouldn't capitalize it otherwise, because it's an indefinite article; articles don't get capitalized.

You don't capitalize 'for" because it's a preposition, and prepositions don't get capitalized (unless they're the first or last word in the title).

"Love" and "brother" are both nouns, so they always get capitalized.

  2. "Love for a Brother" would be most correct.

unless they come first (eg. "A Separate Peace") articles should all either start with a cap or all small.

also correct might be "Love For A Brother" but the first examples looks a little better in my opinion.

  3. I agree with the prior post, "Love for a Brother"

  4. Love for a Brother

Strangers on a Train (famous Hitchcock thriller film) is a perfect example for your purpose
