Essay:should the speed limit on major highways be increased to 125 km/h?

what would be some points for my essay. keep in mind i it being written fo my science class so i need to use scientific points like velocity etc....

In most of Europe it is 130kph , and there are no problems. you can always go slower if you want to save fuel.

No its not worth it.  Think of the average distance a person has to drive on the highways.  Lets just say hypothetically that it is 200 Km.  How much time would they save on that trip if the limit was upped? A few minutes.  Are those few minutes worth the added pollution from running everyones engines at higher RPM's? No.
