Essential oils in humidifier?

Has anyone added a couple drops of essential oils to their humidifier? Which would be the best for a calming sleep?

    Neroli

    Clary sage

    any combination of these or use alone.


  2. No, never tried it.  I would suggest lavender.  Hope it works for ya...
