Estate Agents...?

Question

What do they do all day? Is it a boring job? I know they sell houses, but just how?

I'm not an estate agent, I graft hard for my cash. I think they have got it right, no hard work for a nice tidy commission - EASY MONEY! They are just middle men, they are not needed in a house sale. You can advertise your property elsewhere and save a fortune in paying an agent 3% commission for only a few hours work.

estate agents are scum.  they lie, have no morals and are target driven.  the pay is rubbish hence why they lie to get bonus's etc.  an estate agent will spend the day marketing up houses, trying to sell conveyencing and anythign else they can.  i would rather clean out toilets then be an estate agent

Don't trust them. You never see an old estate agent, which goes to show that you can die early of shame.
