Question:

Estate & Probate Law question

My family is going to court next week against the girl my brother was seeing before he died. She is claiming to be the common law wife even though they were only seeing each other a few months & we have MORE than enough evidence that he never actually lived with her nor planned to marry her. Our attorney says everything looks very well for us & winning the case will be swift. We've asked him if, once we win this, we could prevent this person from taking our family to court again. He seemed to be unsure & said he could not guarantee that. My parents are of retirement age & cannot bear this court ordeal that we are going through plus we are all still grieving from my brother's death. It seems to me that there MUST be a clause one can put in court documents that states a person cannot take you to court again once THEY'VE lost a case. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you in advance.
