I live 30 miles (41 mins) away from a person that is suppose to deliver something to me. How long will it take for me to get it through the mail? or should i just drive and go get it?

  1. The USPS?  Maybe in two days, if you're lucky.

  2. Depends on how badly you want it; I would suggest for you to just drive over and pick it up, but if they were to mail it today, you SHOULD have it by tomorrow.  (no guarentees)

  3. 2 to 4 day's

  4. probably in a couple of days that it will take through mail

  5. No one can answer this question without knowing where it's coming from and where it is going.

The post office has a postage and delivery time calculator:

    http://www.usps.com/tools/calculateposta...

If time is essential I would drive it there, I know for sure that a 41 min drive would be faster than the mail in any case.

  6. you can do faster shipping.....

but if you dont want to pay more...i suggest  gonig and getting it, or driving half way

    it should take 2-5 days

  7. a working week (5 days)

  8. Depends on HOW and when he would send it.    One day overnight express and you'd get it the next day... AS LONG as he had it to the post office by 3PM  the day before.   If he sent that same package by FED EX or UPS or DHL, you should have it by 3PM the very next day.... If he sent it first class mail,  it might take 2 or 3 days....  and if it's something illegal (like pot).... you won't get it but someone might be getting an unexpected visit from a man in BLUE (with handcuffs).
