If a pearshaped male used Estrogen Blockers would that change the way fat distributes around the body? e.g from fat to the thighs and hips, to the upper body, torso etc...

and if used with a weight gainer will that add mass around the UpperBody?

no, you cant change your genetics.  dont waste your money on estrogen blockers.
