Eten Glofiish X500

Question

Hi,I've bought a new Eten glofiish X500. I was very satisfied with this product butSince two days, the inside gps gives the position but doesn't give the signal force (not with the inside gps viewer utilities and not with the navigation software)I've the same problem after a hard reset.I 've made a test with an external gps and all is OK. so i almost sure that's this Smartphone have a hardware problem. I phoned to Eten France but they don't know ! they say that perhaps the problem is soft and not hard but i do not agree with themWhat do you think about ?Regards .bpc777
