Eternal Sunshine of a spotless mind question!!?

I've recently watched a movie called the Eternal Sunshine of a spotless mind and I cant seem to figure out one scene. In the scene at the end where she says "remember me" why does she dissapear?

i think she disappears because he is not suppose to remember her, she is being earsed from his memory!

I'm not sure which scene you mean, however they are erasing her from him the whole movie..that's why she keeps disappearing. And he remembers her, and to meet her at the beach. that's why he ends up on the train instead of going to work at the beginning of the movie. I haven't watched it in a long time, so I'm sorry that I can't remember which specific scene you are referring to. it was a cool movie though, wasn't it?
