Ethernal Cable CAT6 vs CAT5e?

is there any difference between those 2 cables except their speed?

Not really no.  Perhaps the price to buy them.  If you're doing a home setup cat5e should be just fine.  cat6 would be a gigabit ethernet setup which most homes would be overkill.

no its more about marketing then anything else. just remember the shorter the cable line the better.
