Ethernet Cable performance?

Does the length of the cable affect the performance. and which is the best to have

Presuming it's Cat5 cable then you can run max length of 100m. Anything after that will affect the preformance.

You won't notice the effects.

anything less than 50m

I have a 30m (100ft), and it works just fine.

If not an ethernet cable, then get a wireless, but you might need a repeater if it's a really long distance, eg. 50m

i think like any cable the shorter the length and the better the quality is best.

most supplied ethernet cables are only about 2 m long.
