The France international has expressed his delight at his first goal for Les Bleus, after the Toulouse midfielder scored against Belarus at Stade de France
The 24-year-old, who was making only his second appearance for France, opened the scoring against Georgy Kondratiev’s side on Tuesday.
The Toulouse midfielder was handed a rare start by Didier Deschamps, following an injury to http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Abou-Diaby-c3453. And Capoue repaid the faith shown in him by the coach with a solid and composed performance against Belarus, and scored his first goal for Les Bleus in
the process.
While talking to reporters, the midfielder stated that it was his dream to score for France, and to score a goal in a match like this is simply amazing.
Capoue said that he didn’t try to do anything fancy and he played with confidence and gave his everything on the field. After breaking into Didier Deschamps' side, the Toulouse player now wants to cement his place in the national team.
“I'm really proud to have scored for France. It went well for me tonight; I tried to play to my strengths. My time with Les Bleus has started very well and when you reach the pinnacle, you want to stay there.”

“Jallet and I are former Niort players and it was great for both of us to get on the score-sheet tonight."
The 24-year-old stated that it was a great match for him as he played really well and also scored a goal. However, Capoue is taking nothing for granted and has vowed to bring more improvement in his game, in order to cement a place in Didier Deschamps’ side.
