Samuel Eto’o Fils, known as Eto’o, has been fined Euro 30,000 and a three match ban for head–butting Bostjan Cesar during last Sunday’s Serie A game played between Inter Milan and Chievo. Samuel Eto’o fans are quite sad on his offensive tactic against Chievo’s defender Cesar. The verdict was declared by the Italian Football Federation upon viewing an evidence in the video. The verdict says it is a violent conduct by the Inter striker. Whereas the striker will be available for the Wednesday’s fixture against FC Twente and Inter also planned to appeal against the harsh decision taken by the Italian Football Federation. Although the match referee missed out the action, the head–butt was caught on visuals. The act reminded the spectators of the famous Zinedine Zidane head–butt at the 2006 World Cup final in which, Materazzi was on the receiving end.
