Sweden played host to Finland in what was a scheduled Euro 2012 qualifying, group match encounter between both the sides. Going into the game, both Finland and Sweden were in dire need to pick up the three points, in order to ensure the possibility of qualifying
from the group.
The first goal of the game came in just the 11th minute, via Kallstrom. The midfielder went on to whip in a cross towards the far post, however, his delivery went on to deceive everyone as it went on to nestle into the back of the net.
In the 30th minute of the game, Svensson went on to play a through ball to http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Zlatan-Ibrahimovic-c38029. The tall striker, went on to calmly control the ball and then slot a finish low into the bottom left corner of the goal. In doing so, he helped Sweden
go up by two goals, early on in the game.
Then in the 35th minute, it was that man Ibrahimovic, who found the back of the net once again for Sweden. Larsson did some brilliant work to create some space for himself, as he then went on to tee up Ibrahimovic, who then has the simplest of
tasks to slide the ball into the back of the net.
In the 53rd minute, Ibrahimovic complete his hat trick in the game, as he helped Sweden go four goals clear of Finland. Kallstrom went on to whip in a brilliant free kick, which was met by a rampant Ibrahimovic. The striker’s header was hit down
towards the ground, but, it managed to bounce up and sneak into the top right corner of the goal.
The last goal of the game came in the 83rd minute; as Bajrami went on to score his first and Sweden’s fifth goal of the game. Ibra went on to chip a brilliant through ball to the player, who then went on to show his deft touch as he lobbed the
keeper with precision.
