U have to connect the coax cable that comes into ur house directly into the Eurovox box first of all and do a powerscan.

It may be better if you first of all delete any existing channels and reset to default factory settings before doing the powerscan again. Make sure you are doing a FULL Powercan!

After u have received all the channels u can then run the splitter again between the 2 boxes.
