Euro pro spectra sweeper not clogged stops all the time whats up with that?

  1. Could be that the motor is overheating due to lint built up on it.  If you disassemble the sweeper down to the point where you can get to the motor, clean up all the hair, lint, yarn, etc packet around it.  Before putting the sweeper back together lubricate the motor if it doesn't spin freely.  WD-40 usually works quite well for that - just keep it away from any rubber bushings.
