Eurofly flies A319s from Milan to new york. how is this possible?

I understand the maximum range of an A319 is just under 4000nm, meaning it could make a trans-atlantic flight but only with the very ideal conditions and minimal passengers.

also, how much does the A319 cost?

Eurofly uses A330's on that route. They dont even operate A319's.
