Europa League Full Time Report: Porto ease past Besiktas by three goals to one

Porto travelled to Turkey to take on Besiktas at the Inonu Stadium, which is where the Besiktas team resided. The stadium has a capacity of twenty nine thousand and almost each and every one of those seats were filled for the game.
The match was a scheduled Europa League clash between the two sides and since there were no hold ups or delays, it went ahead according to schedule.
The match kicked off with the referee's whistle and from the very first minute of the game, both the sides were looking to go at it. The match was being played out as a fairly evenly contested one, however on the twenty seventh
minute, the away team drew first blood.
Fernando Daniel Belluschi got down the left byline, from where he curled in a brilliant cross, which was met by the head of the rising Radamel Falcao Garcia, who directed his brilliant header into the upper left hand corner of
the goal, from six yards out.
After that opening goal, the game evened out once again, with both the teams looking to get the next goal. However neither of them managed to do that in the remainder of the first half and as the referee blew the whistle to signal
the end of the first forty five minutes, the score line remained to be one nil in favour of Porto.
The second half kicked off with the home side looking to go on the offensive early on. However despite all their efforts they just couldn't seem to find the final product in front of the Porto goal.
The missed opportunities by Besiktas came back to haunt them as on the fifty ninth minute, Porto had their second goal of the night.
Hulk received a long ball from his own half and raced onto the pass, before unleashing a brilliant left footed shot into the lower right corner of the goal from twelve yards out.
Besiktas didn't seem to be affected by the second goal, as they continued to apply more pressure in front of the Porto goal, but to no avail.
The team was once again asked to pay for their mistake as Hulk scored his second and Porto's third goal on the night. The player scored another goal from twelve yards out, only in the opposite end of the goal this time around.
The game was as good as over after the third goal; however Besiktas managed to pick up a very late consolation goal for their efforts. In the ninetieth minute Deivson Rogerio da Silva “Bobo”, hit a very good right footed shot from
six yards out, but it was too little too late, as the referee soon after blew the whistle to signal the end of the game, with Porto emerging out on top at the end of the ninety minutes.
