  1. Whats it matter what the weathers like, you should be inside the whole time.

  2. go to venice, its nice and warm all year round, austria is also very nice but it would be snowy

  3. Grecian Park Hotel, Konnos Bay, Cyprus.

Sitting between Protaras, and Agia Napa, this hotel stands high up, overlooking Konnos Bay...a lovely little cove, not quite as commercialised as some of the beaches...this really is a lovely hotel October is a lovely time to come to Cyprus, as it is still hot in the daytimes, and pleasantly warm in the evenings...and most of the Summer crowds have gone, so its not so busy on the beaches. also, at this time of the year, you are likely to see flocksd of flamingos overhead as they start to migrate to the salt lakes in Larnaca and Lemesos.

If you want somewhere just a little busier, then stay in Protaras itself; try the Vrissiana Beach Hotel. Right on the cshoreline of fig Tree Bay, this hotel has recently been refurbished, and is in an ideal location, close to shops, bars and restaurants.

Hire a car, and explore the island, taking in Agia Napa ( its not all booze cruises and lager louts!!), Larnaka, Lemesos ( Limassol) Lefkosia ( Nicosia), The Troodos Mountains, and further on to Paphos; Aphrodites rock, and Aphrodites birthplace....I'm sure you would have a wonderful time here.

Very hot at the moment, as we havent had any substantial rainfall for a couple of years,  we are currently experiencing drought conditions. here in the villages, our water is often turned off for a couple of days at a time, though this isn't affecting the tourist industry at all, and hotels are running as normal.

  4. Croatia or Bulgaria.

2 or 3 times cheaper then Spain or France but the same weather.

Just look at those pictures of Bulgaria coastline:

  5. How about Italy?

We went to Italy for our honeymoon in early May - weather was great, scenery was lovely, the people were very friendly, and we got an all inclusive for about £1900 with Thompson.

Italy is also very romantic - lots of sights to see!  I think it should still be warm/mild in October too.
