Eurovox code being updated?

Question

I only brought eurovox Max 2 months ago and its bn working perfect until today.

I can only get BBC1,2,3,4 ITV, ITV2, Five, CH4,

Its jst says please wait, Code being updated.

Nothing happens. I updated channels, manual scanned & power scanned. No difference.

my cable works perfect cause i have broadband too.

Is their anything i can do to get my channels back?

please help i live in the warrington area in cheshire .i don't know how to find my code for my

Service Provider
which is ntl i have only had my box for a week and seem to have lost the film and music plus som,e more.
