Hi, I am doing a survey on euthanasia for a sociology class, you don't have to give long answers, if you don't want to, all answers are appreciated!

1. How old are you?

2. Do you think that euthanasia should be legal?

3. Do your religious beliefs affect your view on euthanasia?

4. Who should have the choice whether someone is euthanized, the hospital, the family, the spouse, the insurance company, the person them self (if possible) or someone else?

5. Does the age of the person (a 12 year old in a vegetative state vs. an elderly person in a vegetative state) affect your choice?

6. How long should someone be left in a vegetative state?

7. Who is 'playing God' the person who agrees to keep a person alive through the use of machines or the person who stops the machines, and let that person die?

8. If you fell into a vegetated state how long would you want to be kept alive by the use of machines?

Thank you!
