This would never happen I don't believe, but as a hypothetical, if it happened within the next 15-20 years and assuming it stayed non nuclear the US and EU would definitely win, the technology and equipment difference is just too great. And if this war ever did happen, one must assume North Korea and Iran would join the Russian/Chinese side, while Turkey, Taiwan, South Korea and Japan would join the US/EU/Nato forces

depends what ur talking about... if we're talking about armies and weaponry, the US/EU will destroy the **** outta China/Russian Fed. If we're talking about economy, I think Chinas got it in the long run. Also, destorying China would be like suicide, cuz US runs on China.

Neither side profits from such a conflict.

Who wins?  neither.

But keep in mind all those countries are learning or already know the English language.

The fact that you feel no particular compulsion to learn Russian or Chinese is the real indication of who is winning the cultural part of this conflict.  This is why these countries worry about American supremecy, they feel their culture slipping away and it hurts their pride and scares them.
