Hi. Does anyone know which Boeing 747 flies from Heathrow to Bangkok? Is it the combi, double deck, or another version of the 747?

Many thanks.

  1. Eva air are currently using both the new Boeing 777-300 & the older 747-400 on the Heathrow - Bangkok route (BR68) and the same two aircraft types on the return(BR67).   It very much depends on your flight date, as you will see when checking this link -

The 747-400 is the passenger version with upper deck.

For fuller information and recent updates see the links below.

  2. Currently BR67/68 is normally flown by a Boeing 777 which are all passenger

    checkout   www.lhr-lgw.co.uk

This gives details of Heathrow and Gatwick arrivals and departures including individual aircraft registrations.

On recent occasions when a Boeing 747 was substituted then a Combi was used.

  3. I would expect it to be the full passenger one and not the combi.  It seems as though there would be quite a number of passengers on that flight.  However if you do go to their website and try to pick your seat, you should be able to find out what type of 747 aircraft will be used.
