    integreate each piece

    S(4b)db +S(cos(8b))db

    =2b^2  + (sin(8b)/8) +c


  2. just doing simple integration

    =2*(beta)^2 + 1/8*sin8(beta) + C

  3. it same as

    intr 4beta dbeta+ inter( cos8beta) dbeta

    = 4(beta)^2 /2 + 1 sin8beta/8 +C

    = 2 ( beta)^2 +( 1/8)sin8beta+C
