So let's assume for one minute that he, deep down, just loved the Koran as a kid. Let's even assume he cuddled with a blanket next to the fireplace and fell asleep sweetly dreaming of the pages he just read of his beloved Koran.
1. Who cares? Last I checked, you didn't have to be a card carrying Evangelical Christian who has "lunch in his heart with Jesus" to be President.
2. Isn't the fact that he is a professed Christian NOW a really touchy feely story of conversion and "seeing the light"?
If someone wanted to vote against him for being too liberal that's a valid judgment. But why the slander based on him basically just being different from the stereotype of a Presidential candidate?
