Even after cleaning the utrus ( d and c) bleeding starts after a spell of 9 months?

one of my relative gave birth to female child . forcepts were used during delivery. after nearly one year there was bleeding. as per the advice of doctor the cleaning of utrus was done. now after nearly 9 months again bleeding started.is there a possiblity for a cancer

is it possible its just a normal period?  Or is it bleeding for a long period of time?

either way she needs to be seen by a doctor. She can become anemic from loosing all the blood... and only a doctor can diagnose cancer.
