im eating healthy foods, really good stuff like little meals a day, fruits low calorie snacks, all water. i know i dont get over 1000 calories and now that im eating this much i know im going to have to eat around this much and very slowly increase my intake every few weeks and do more exercise to remain the same. but i havent exercised at all in 3 days and it seems like im still losing weight. im currently 168, im happy because im buying new clothes tomorrow cause mine are too loose! =)
