I have recently been moved to checkouts as I am pregnant, I now start work at 7pm and cover the late shift. However as on Monday is a bank hols in the uk, work failed to inform me that I will be starting work at 1pm instead!!! I have told them I have no child care avail as Husband may have to go into work also, can they expect me to move my hours forward without notice, they then told me I would be unpaid if I didnt work it? Please help
