Event Management : Help Needed to organize a event?

Hi All,

Very recently I had started a event management co and now we have obtained our first client.

The Client needs to conduct a get together for 20 families in his top level executive team.

Any event managers or people who know a thing or two about event management please guide me with the steps to be taken for the proper and successful completion of this event.

Please remember this is my first event / assignment.

find any farm house out of the city and arrange it

Divide the event into different sections such as invitations,food, place, decorations,.....Write everything down n plan. Also take into account the money available side by side.
