Event Reminders get turned to "Do not send a reminder"?

I am setting all my events to be sent to the group on the date set. Such as Birthdays, Anniversaries etc for the family. Sometimes it gets turned from the 15 minutes before... to "Do not send a reminder." I have actually had it set a few minutes before, rechecked it and all is well. I come back and find it has been reset to "Do not send a reminder" - It is a person doing it or is it that system itself has glitch? Anybody out there experiencing the same thing? David

  1. David, these things could be causing your problem:

    1)  After you made the changes, did you scroll down to the very bottom of page to and select "All dates" located to the right of "Apply changes to:", and then click "Update" located on that same line?

    2) If you are the group owner, do you have the calendar set where members can modify events?  If so, perhaps somebody who got a notification didn't want to receive it and changed the setting back.

    3)  If you are not the group owner, the owner may only want notifications sent out that are member related only.   He/she might have noticed your family celebrations listed as events on the group calendar and reset the notification choice back to "Do not send a reminder".

    Sure hope you get this figured out!
