this is the plan, i want to live in pennsylvania and right now i live in a not so good area in new york. i want to move to pennsylvania in a townhouse(you know where the houses are all connected, but its not appartments) when i save enough money and can, but how would i go about it. any help would be amazing and people who have moved out of state please tell me the process!! also, im pregnant and my ex wants nothing to do with the baby...do i need to go to court and tell him im moving or what? by the time i move the baby will be born too. i was just wondering if anyone can help me out, and what papers do i need if i move from state to state.

  1. IF HE DONT WANT THE BABY JUST GET UP AND MOVE

  2. Unless you guys are involved in a custody battle you do not need to go to the court to let them know you are moving. the only paperwork you need to move from state to state is to let your current and all previous employeers from the last year know you are moving and give them your new address so they can foward your w-2 forms at the end of the year. good luck.
