Ever Felt Stuck in your own life?

I'm trying to write a song, about what its feels like to be stuck in a certain situation in your life, and i'm having trouble putting my feelings into words. How does it feel to you personally when you are feeling stuck with something in your life?

We are all stuck in our own lives.  We don't choose or consent to be born, which makes life compulsory.  And it's not like we have the option of exchanging our life for another or starting over.  So when life is good, it feels like a blessing.  But when it's bad, it feels like being stuck in prison for a crime you didn't commit.
