Ever been in love w/ a guy that DOESN'T care about you?

5 years ago I fell in love with my neighboor. His mum seems to like me but he has never shown any interest in me though I think he suspects somthing from the way I act around him. I have never spoken to him because he ignores me and like to front with his girlfriends right in my nose but I know it in my bones that I love him just by seeing the way he walks, dresses, talks and acts. I love his voice. I'm not a superficial girl. Can you explain to me how I've been in love with him for so long, how come no other guy makes me feel this way? I've came accross some pretty and smart boys but the feeling's not the same...

I'm in the same predicament. Mad over this guy I know in school, he barely gave me the time of day. My advice is to try what I did, try and be friends with him. Once you get to know a person better you'll ever get over the infatuation or it'll get stronger, and if it DOES get stronger then you're friends so it wont be as awkward telling him about it. Either that or go out with someone else and give up on him, if he's so low as to make out with other girls in front of you then to be honest, you deserve better.

girl i have the same problem. we need exchange stories. You have to make your feeling known. If he rejects you life lesson, but if he is interested. go girl.

I don't think you're in love, I think your infatuated.  I don't think you can be in love without really knowing a person (even if you think you do).  I think love is more mental than anything else.
