Ever did a presentation in front of people and heard whispering from them ?

I recently did a presentation in front of class. I think a did a good job. But, I kept hearing whispering which distracted to me. Did you ever experience this? How did you deal with it?

I've been there and I just had to ignore them and continue the presentation like it was a large audience where not everybody is expected to pay complete attention. Feel free to distract or not pay attention when those people give their speech.

I've never experienced it, but if i was doing a presentation in front of a group, and whispering was going on, i would stop and openly address those being so rude as to talk while I'm speaking. "excuse me but your whispering is distracting me, if you'd like me to stop until your done talking to one another I'll do that. you cant be listening to me and talking with each other, now can you?"
