How does one use caution for high winds. I understand wet or slippery conditions we reduce speed but how is one cautious during high winds? Do we roll down the windows to equalize the outside and inside air pressures???

  1. The warning is there because some people are not ready for the side wind, I drive a class 8 (semi) and we get wind sheer just like on jet liners only we get it from the side where a jet jumps up and down we go side to side. If you watch a truck in high wind from the side go under a bridge or by a wooded area where the wind is blocked off then suddenly you are back in the open wind, we move 2-3 feet sometimes. On long bridges sometimes you get a gust that comes from nowhere and the sign is there to let you know it is a location that it does happen allot

  2. Slow wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy down
