Ever felt stuck with something in your own life?

I'm trying to write a song, about what its feels like to be stuck in a certain situation in your life, and i'm having trouble putting my feelings into words. How does it feel to you personally when you are feeling stuck with something in your life?

In what sense?  Are you talking relationship or generally, like, situation wise?  It all depends on what you are trying to communicate with the song.
