A Rich Tomato base (usually with a touch of Red Wine or Balsamic Vinegar), Onion, Garlic, Fresh Oregano, Fresh Parsley, Fresh Basil, Lemon Zest and Chilli Flakes.

its basically pasta with a spicy tomato sauce. nice enough but nothing special really!!
