Ever had an Elephant sandwich?

I was in the Harrods restaurant the other day. They say there that they can get you absolutely anything you want to eat, so I asked for an elephant sandwich.

The waiter came back and told me they had run out of bread!

Joking aside, I was in Nairobi a few years ago and a luncheon with a few friends and we had elephant steaks. Very nice they tasted as well. It was at a native restaurant and the animals were cleared for the table.

I do not believe that this can be done in this day and age.
