Ever had any of these feelings on a rollercoaster? How do you prepare your body to make the ride easier?

Has anyone ever had these feelings while riding a roller coaster before? I experienced these feelings yesterday at Busch Gardens Europe.

- Difficulty breathing (not from fear, but from the rushing air shoving your voice right back into your mouth.

- Shoulder/neck/abdomen pains (from constantly bracing your body for twists, turns, loops, and drops)

- Blacking out for 5 to 6 seconds while coaster is still moving. (I'm worried about that part)

We rode these 4 rides all in a row without a break (wish we took one though)

-Lochness Monster

-Alpengeist

-Apollo's Chariot

-Griffin

Anyone know any extra tips to help while riding rollercoasters to prevent this or more from happening?

I know one is when you are in a loop, you look up and lean back so it feels more natural. And I also hear that raising your hands actually helps with the fear. And going with close friends.

I'm a type 2 diabetic and I ate lightly to keep from being sick. Any extra help appriciated thanks!

it works! but dont not eat, cuase that could make you feel dizzy, so definatly eat not too much, but not too little. and i think blacking out happens to the best of us.. so i cant help you there.. aaand you should definatly take a break in between.
