Well, I used to eat Taco Bell and rumor has it that they use kangaroo meat.

Yes, in a Sydney restaurant (off George street.)  Not unlike venison, very lean.

it is beautiful when cooked right if it is overcooked it is tough and chewy

Yeap, sure have. I will never have it again though! It is an extremely lean meat (as kangaroos are so muscly) - so that means you can only cook it to about medium rare at most - anything more than that its like chewing on rubber (it gets tough). And as I do not like seeing anything on my plate bleed or act as if it is going to get up and walk off - I will never eat it again!
